APP_TITLE not working as expected

Hope you are doing well!
Just aware the APP_TITLE environment variable not really worked as expected, is that only myself had such issue? I have tested a few version of Librechat , got the same.

**When you use chrome to re-refresh the url or web you will see Librechat on the web title for a second then jump into the new title.
