Set Up Location

Install on watch (several install/uninstall attempts), and the result is always the same: works momentarily (long enough to scroll once), then the screen states “set up location access to see sunrise and sunset time for your current location in app, widgets, and notifications (with a blue action button at the bottom that does not do anything).
