In NLBs dtbook-to-pef script (although this is probably not related to NLBs script in particular), with an input file named språktest.xml, the output file is named spr├еktest.pef.html in the ZIP when downloading all results, and the "preview" link (pointing directly to the html file) refers to spr%C3%A5ktest.pef.html.
