就是区分组头组尾，能再设置一个Header。
UITableView 从下到下结构：HeaderView - sectionHeader1 - cell - sectionFooter1 - sectionHeader2 - cell - sectionFooter2 ... FooterView

uicollectionview 没有tableHeaderView这个属性
