To be included in documentation about vocabulary declaration:
cwrc:representedBy replaced with skos:related in order to keep relationships between CulturalForms and TextualLabels. While skos:related assumes a relationship between two conceptually-similar entities, it is the best option for relating disparate entities without enforcing a hierarchy between terms.

Once we have the skos vocabulary uploaded to RS/Blazegraph, we'll be able to do a SPARQL query to see which terms are missing/differ from either vocab. (Mostly saying this as a reminder to myself)
