Issue to fix
In Settings | Listing widgets, in the Content Filters section, the search for Event Organizer and Performer isn't working as expected.
Event Organizer only searches for Organizations; Performer only searches for people.

Epected behavior:The above search fields should include both organizations and people in the search results when a user performs a search (as indicated by the Default text in the fields).

from Signe laval
I can find zeugma in organisateurs field, but not in compagnie en perfo even tho it is an organisation in the CMS

Currently, the widget will display a message "Aucun résultat trouvé" in the list area - there will be no events there.
@MaudeFJ you can try it by filtering the widget on a quartier that has no events right now. You can see it in the preview.
It's not the greatest visitor experience - regions/places that have upcoming events are best for adding a widget

@MaudeFJ FYI: here are a couple of bugs we are in the process of fixing (in the widget settings). I hope this isn't impacting the live widget. Can you add the link to the page with the live widget here please? thanks!

Hello! I Have a new question
Would there be a way to collect data on user that click on an event in a widget ?
( I feel like in the google analytics people that clic on an event in a widget would only be a "source : direct" as of today, but im wondering could there be a pixel or a utm that indicate where they are coming from so its like "source : widget" )
Thanks

@MaudeFJ, this will need some research on our side.

In the meantime, I need more information from you in terms of what you are looking for (your user story):

  1. Who wants to collect the user data / user behaviour via UTMs and/or tracking pixels? You (the admin) or the website Admin where the widget is placed?
  2. At a high level, what types of data do you want to collect?
  3. I am not totally familiar with all the options, but my understanding is that Google Analytics uses UTMs to track website traffic and tracking pixels (examples are facebook pixel, meta pixel) to do some of the same things. If you have more info in terms of what you are hoping to collect, can you please descibe that?

Thanks!

  1. I want to collect the user data
  2. i just want to know what trafic the widget is bringing (like if it was an ad campaing i would be able to see in the analytics how many people clicked on it)
  3. Yeah i feel pixel or utm could both achive this objectif i would assume that utm is easier
    in Spotify iframe it seems to have one <iframe style="border-radius:12px" src="https://open.spotify.com/embed/playlist/4nz7qSRx1luVeXxzIWy1lt? -->utm_source=generator<-- " width="100%" height="352" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" allow="autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" loading="lazy"></iframe>
