Urgent otherwise places for events will be wrong.

The names of places in Artsdata is growing significantly with feeds like scenesfrancophones.ca and OSAC from across Canada.

The Footlight Console automatically reconciles (links) and event to a place by name when the Artsdata place has any exact part of the name scraped from the website. This means that if "Place des Arts" is the string then it will get reconciled with the place in Montreal and the place in Sudbury https://kg.artsdata.ca/reconcile/query?query=Place+des+Arts

To fix this the reconciliation (linking) of places in the console should use name and city or province. This feature needs to be added, and then all the active websites in console need to be updated by having the city or province of the website set in each website settings (Kim).

How do I set this in website settings? Will there be a new setting introduced at the website level?
