IE 9 support (don't hit me) #77

I know, I know..... but we have been tasked with making a legacy app support IE 9.

SwipeView appears to load up the initial 3 pages, but then just infinitely loops those, rather than navigating thought the array of pages.

Is this something you have come across, or have any points where we could look at patching it?
