执行中文DSL编写的feature失败 #245

准确的说和框架没什么关系，由于vscode的isort插件，导致编辑features\steps\steps.py后，默认的包导入顺序改变，执行中文DSL编写的feature都会失败。

解决办法：
加上 # isort: skip 让插件忽略这行

希望从源头上解决这个问题，避免后续的使用者踩坑
