Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Problem: need #resume-review channel to only permit image files and no other types to reduce security risks

Describe the solution you'd like

Either or:

• Send error message to sender and delete file
• Parse file (if docx or pdf) and show image (this would be much more involved and idk if possible)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Possibly create a block inside discord itself if it allows rather than add overhead of another bot

No need to parse -- modules like https://www.npmjs.com/package/file-type check the first few bytes of a file.
