We have institutional IP addresses, including proxy IPs, for all our member orgs. How and where should these be stored to be used in parsing? They do update from time to time, so wherever we store them they should be relatively easy to update (by a tech/dev at least).

For a proof of concept, it's ok to store these IP addresses in a flat file, or in the code; but don't store in GitHub directly.
