Build a derivation whose dependencies are all sources the tool uses (like the
pinned nixpkgs and PyPI .tar.gz). The derivation should be built in a
pypi2nixpkgs/.gcroot or similar file. Its existence will only serve to prevent
garbage collection of the sources.
