Interference with iCloud bookmarks extesnion/passwords extension

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. install this
2. use icloud bookmark extension sync with chrome
3. chrome extension can't detect icloud app nor icloud can detect chrome extension installed

Expected behaviour

Tell me what should happen
icloud bookmarks extension syncing

Actual behaviour

Tell me what happens instead
both apps does not recognize each other(the extension and the store version of icloud)
