Bug 描述
看逻辑crawlab会删除一个月前的任务记录，包括正在执行中的任务。带来的后果是：在crawlab平台找不到运行时间超过1个月的记录，但机器上进程还在。

复现步骤
该 Bug 复现步骤如下

task表最早的任务记录

2.还在运行的进程

期望结果
xxx 能工作。
