问题：headless模式访问
https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/press/press-releases?page=1

会被识别，非headless方式可正常访问

建议：docker可参考https://hub.docker.com/r/qiudeng/drissionpage4-ubuntu-webdesktop-novnc
DrissionPage官网：https://drissionpage.cn/

感觉官方应该不会支持这个功能，建议基于官方镜像自己打包封装一个
