Colour Swatches fields unavailable for use in field visibility conditions (Craft 4+)

In Craft 4, field visibility conditions were added in field layouts where you can set the visibility of a field to the user based on values set within other fields.

This is also available within Neo blocks using the same system; in either case, Colour Swatches fields are not available for use as a condition (i.e. "only show this field if the color swatches field in this layout is set to x value").
