Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we don't have an automated to monitor who is using Cozie and to what extent they are using it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A dashboard could help with that even if it was just a Jupyter notebook.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
Proposed indicators to track:

  • active users per days
  • responses submitted per day
  • API calls per day
