Problem

If a smart order author doesn't care about the expense incurred by the watch tower for maintaining their order, they can just ask the watch tower to poll every block.

Acceptance criteria

Clear guidance / mechanisms are available to incentivise smart order authors to correctly hint for their polling.

Possible Solutions

  • Curated registries?
