fix sub-03 events files following session mess-up

We need to correct subsequent images as being already seen, reassign condition/subcondition (in fact it might require another condition label as memory retest can span over multiple weeks/sessions) , and also mark these events as potentially problematic for memory analysis (so as to exclude) in an extra column.
