I have listed documents so far mentioning IsoriX or the preprint introducing the IsoriX methodology:
https://www.zotero.org/groups/5657573/isorix/library

The next step would be to determine for each documents:

  • the type of document (string: paper, preprint, MSc thesis, PhD thesis, other thesis, official report, others)
  • why IsoriX is mentioned (string: wrong reason, used as tool, used as inspiration to create a different tool, compared to an alternative, just stated that it exists)
  • spelling used to refer to IsoriX (string, e.g. isoRix)
  • which paper is being cited to refer to IsoriX (string: book chapter, preprint, other, none)
  • if used as tool:
    • the taxa (string, e.g. birds)
    • the species (string, unless many)
    • the geographic area or country (string, e.g. Europe)
    • the medium (string: oceans, fresh water, land, atmosphere)
    • isoscape(s) made using IsoriX (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
      • if isoscapes, whether some weighting has been done (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • plot(s) of isoscape(s) (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • plot(s) of calibration(s) (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • plot(s) of assignment(s) (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • if plot were made, for each type of plot:
      • used native IsoriX plots (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • calibration(s) made using IsoriX (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
      • source of calibration data (string: data collected for the study, from other papers, other)
    • assignment(s) made using IsoriX (boolean: TRUE, FALSE)
    • whether the code is shared
    • whether the data are shared
    • whether IsoriX core members were involved (boolean: TRUE, FALSE), check authorship and acknowledgment
    • the lab where the isotope work was done (string)
    • the research unit of the leading authors (string)
