When installing a plugin with Vanilla Nushell the plugin version is matched to the version of Nushell, otherwise the plugin will not work. CBShell tries to install the latest version of the plugins (0.99) despite being pinned to Nushell version 0.95. This could be due to the version of CBShell being 1.0.0
