Did not make the error go away.

I have also tried follow the suggestion of using 'npm run build' mentioned here: #1809

I don't know why I would be using npm since there is no package.json file but I tried it nonetheless and it failed: https://github.com/Layth17/Layth17.github.io/actions/runs/12999258098/job/36254197915

Any help would be appreciated as I have hammered this problem for a few hours now. it seems to be common, yet I can't fix it...
For the record, I have stepped away from my site for a number of months. Last time it was working fine. Today, I just so happened to want to make a small little post. And, well, ... all hell broke loose

You are using the latest version of Chirpy, but it is still following the old SASS structure. If you are using the chirpy-starter template, you don’t need to work with npm (it is only required for forks).

If you frequently encounter errors, I recommend creating a new repository based on the chirpy-starter template for a fresh start and transferring your customizations and posts to it. For greater control over site style customizations, you may choose to fork the repository, though this approach is not recommended for beginners.
