.devchain complete implementation for both toolkits for windows 2025 updates and ubunutu 24.04 docker and clang image updating dynamically using the .sh protocol the form the JSON snapshots for the toolkits
Problem Definition
2025 is here, and we need to update all OS for both Windows and Linux. these two are going to get... MARRIED if you will, so that developers using their devchain don't experience major OS meltdown.
Work Breakdown
I have already created the major .devcontianer code that is going to be required for all cosmossSDK users to dynamically update thhier systems before 01-25-25 and automatically.
