Could not connect to computer after unplug

Everything works fine until I disconnect the cable, then connect it again, it stop working, the LED still on, but can’t type on it.

If I wait for 10 minutes, then connect it again, it will works again.

I try many things but can not make it to work as expected. (includes ATMEGA chip changing, press reset switch, reflash, reboot, …)

Anyone know what should I do, or which component need to be replaced, or how to debug them?

Thank in advanced, this is really good board, awesome opensource project too. I want to fix it, and stick with this board my life long.

I've got the same issue, I think it was an error in the flashing process but I don't know.
