Rework Join Page

• page is titled "contact ACSU" but is actually the join page, kinda odd.
• We could replace "Questions?" with "Contact" and put it below "Mailing List" and "Membership" since those are more relevant
• "and other events of interest in the community" not everyone in CS is in CoE!
• "subscribe" button could be made consistent with the "Sign up here!" button on HACSU.
• "Members receive 2 t-shirts and access to exclusive events like the student-faculty luncheon, among other benefits."
• "To become a paid member, attend at least one general body meeting and pay the annuals dues of $5 to any ACSU officer."
• We ought to remove the come to our first gbody, since that's gonna be a pain to update every semester.
• remove "For instance" in bottom paragraph
• the ACSU Groups section looks kinda awkward imo, maybe we could have it instead be like "Join us on our social media" with links to FB, linkedin, IG?
