Clean checkout and test doesn't work #16

Clean checkout ran make install and make release, navigated to:

transitive/transitive.js/test/index.html

Uncaught Error: Failed to require "otpprofiler.js" from "root"

Clean checkout, installed

$ component install conveyal/otp-profiler
$ npm install otp-profiler

did build and make install and got:

error : failed to fetch https://raw.githubusercontent.com/conveyal/otp-profiler/~0.4.3/component.json, got 404 "Not Found"

Please can you help with this, to get started?
