Add weekly football update

As a dev who doesn't want to write JS.
I would like to know if there are football matches in a given week.
Then I would know when to plan training, etc

ACs:
List all football matches for the week.
Post the message on Sunday before the week ( for now, dumb but keeping it simple)
It's only one message on Sunday
All other message are unaffected
Yes it means another hacky loop.
