Tracking abilities for market metrics

Following up from my comment here: Add EIP: Encumber #7246

I am thinking about future product functions with the implementation of the EIP7246 standard, there should be a thoughtful way for protocols to easily pull data such as:

• % of a token/asset with active encumbrance claims
  • (a netting of active encumber permissions granted and total circulating, per token?)
• encumbrance events triggered
  • (between a specific Approved address and respective token owner)

At a high-level, this will help speed the creation of market metrics to support advanced credit reporting/on-chain credit ratings
