CSS import errors when using skin "moonocolor" #64

GET http://url/++resource++ckeditor/plugins/balloonpanel/skins/moonocolor/balloonpanel.css
GET http://url/++resource++ckeditor/plugins/balloontoolbar/skins/moonocolor/balloontoolbar.css

It seems that custom CSS for moonocolor does not exist anymore for the balloon plugins...

moonocolor is no more maintained (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/moonocolor).

An equivalent for moonocolor is kama.

So either:

we drop moonocolor in favor of kama which is a colored flat button skin (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/kama) very close to moonocolor, we need to upgrade the used skin in ckeditor_properties.skin
or in moono.sh we create relevant empty balloonpanel.css and balloontoolbar.css to avoid the import errors...
