Is it possible best test results programmatically?

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the team for delivering such an excellent package. While reviewing the Sandpack documentation, I discovered that it has the capability to run tests. I am curious to know if it's possible to obtain the test results programmatically. If so, can someone provide an example implementation?
