google is deprecating the sign in feature we are using. Migrate to the new sign in feature called google identity

The library we use (react-google-login) doesn't seem to support this new way:
anthonyjgrove/react-google-login#473

So we either need to wait for support or go away from this library.
https://www.npmjs.com/package/@react-oauth/google is mentioned in the issue thread above.
