Especially after the recent commit, README is difficult to understand here:

The 'new.hybrid' branch is almost identical. Each new.org file is a copy
of the corresponding edit.org file. Once inspected, the reports should no
longer have TODO remaining.

"the corresponding edit.org file" is not mentioned before;
"identical" to what?
