[Community Request] Update Platform Maturity Model website table to be print friendly

This is a good issue for first time contributors

Currently, when printing the Platforms Maturity Model, only the most recent tab that is selected in the maturity model will print.
If possible, it would be great to be able to repeat each of the tabs for media/print format. That way the well formatted document would be printable on-demand, rather than relying on a pre-generated PDF.

Here is an example of the current printout. Notice that only the Investment page is printed. Platform Engineering Maturity Model _ CNCF TAG App Delivery - current.pdf

This is an example of a version I made by repeating the pages in the Chromium developer tools, then selecting each of the appropriate tabs.
