Currently the script mixes cosmic and collision runs, which makes it difficult to read the resulting elogs.

Could we order the runs according to their types? First we would have collision runs and only after that all cosmic runs.

Currently it is ordered by run number. Since the ordering also affects how the shifter certify the runs, do you want me to change them?
