搞清楚原因了，CFnat-Windows-GUI点退出后，还会保留cfnat-windows-amd64进程在后台运行为代理软件提供服务，所以你会发现明明已经退出CFnat-Windows-GUI了，代理中那个127.0.0.1节点却还能联网。正因为这个原因，1234端口已经被前一个cfnat-windows-amd64占用了，再次运行就会出现端口冲突。
解决办法：打开任务管理器，找到cfnat-windows-amd64进程杀掉，重新运行CFnat-Windows-GUI就可以了。
