While exploring wordpress and making comparisons to clutch, I found that Wordpress will automatically set the <title> as the project/ site name.
This is a great feature in my opinion because it takes care of a step for a user. Making the user not even have to think about setting the portion of metadata.
The current issue is seen when comparing a wp site vs Clutch and seeing SEO score take a huge hit because that tag was not set initially.
