Support extra prompt variables #187

Spanner-cli has supported four prompt variables since its very early versions:

\p : GCP Project ID
\i : Cloud Spanner Instance ID
\d : Cloud Spanner Database ID
\t : In transaction

Now spanner-cli have more features, so it may be better to support extra prompt variables.

Candidates

--priority value
--role value
--directed-read value
user or service account email taken by tokeninfo endpoint if available
Transaction tag and request tag
