FTP error with FileZilla. Someone help?

The plugin installation in wordpress says: "Installation failed: Unable to locate WordPress content directory (wp-content)".

FTP access with FileZilla Says:
"Command: PWD
Answer: 257 "/" is the current directory
Command: TYPE I
Answer: 200 Type set to I
Command: PASV
Error: Unable to read from socket: ECONNRESET - Connection reset
Error: Disconnected from server
Error: Failed to get folder list"

Can anyone help?

Today I have the same problem.

So guys I've fitured that out, you need to follow this

• Click on Admin Area on top right
• Go to Security on left tab
• see if there is any FTP Rule, if not then Add Rule for FTP
• For security reason I would recommend you to allow FTP on your personal IP only in source section

Once Rule is added, try to connect FTP and it'll work :)

OS: Mac OS
Tried: changing passwords for root & ftp user, editing security rules by adding my ip.

In /etc/ssh/sshd_config
I commented this line
# Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server
added this one below
Subsystem sftp internal-sftp

And it works now
