Is cloud panel opensource product or does it have any plans for making it opensource in future?

doesn't seem like it their license terms on their license page mention nothing besides complete control, seems like another freeware scam that starts charging you later on. Didn't see any mention of GPLv3, besides the fact that they use open source software in their software.

Unless the devs can chime in and prove otherwise

As of right now this seems like the complete opposite of open source and free lol:

"The Licensee shall in particular not

(i). modify, distort, block, abnormally burden, disrupt, slow down and/or hinder the normal functioning of all or part of the Software, or its accessibility to other users, or the functioning of, or attempt to do any of the above;"
