NC28 Hanged when start new task

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'MediaDC'
2. Setup as usual
3. Click on Run new task
4. Button submitted and hanged at loading state

Expected behavior
Run as normal and wait for results

• Database configuration:

Type: pgsql
Version: PostgreSQL 15.6 on x86_64-pc-linux-musl, compiled by gcc (Alpine 13.2.1_git20231014) 13.2.1 20231014, 64-bit
Size: 600.2 MB

• Python version: Not sure how to check since it is Windows Docker, however, WSL2 inform that python version is 3.10.12
• MediaDC version: 0.3.0
• cloud_py_api version 0.1.9

Additional context
No error logged in admin logging console.

Have the very same issue NC v28.0.4 and the latest mediaDC:

• mediadc: 0.3.8
• cloud_py_api: 0.1.9

something you could try is disabling both the cloud_py_api app and Media DC app, then enable cloud_py_api first and then enable Media DC. I had the same issue and this fixed it for me
