Extensions and themes installer

Hi!

It´s probably a totally newbie question, so excuse me on advance, but, I was wondering if there was some kind of "extensions installer" where the extensions could be uploaded so ckan would take care of installing it, something like the wordpress plugins

If not, there exists the feature request so I can suscribe to the issue and follow advances on it?
