Suggested by Gilda - Additionally I am thinking it might be a good idea to have a resource page added so staff can refer to for specific posting language,

Some items require different formatting.
The Help Guides will provide the correct formatting for different types of posting language.

  • financial information,
  • prior council
  • boards and commissions actions, etc.

Gilda will provide this information
I am working on one that will have the new writing guidelines and requirements, naming convention for all backup documentation and fiscal note templates.
