Make Dashboard phases modal show full project name

When testing, I noticed that the phases edit modal that shows in the Dashboard when clicking the status badge doesn't show the full name (primary + secondary). We should update this to make it more obvious which project is being updated.

In Scope

• Update this modal so it shows project_name_full
• Check if the Milestones modal can be updated in the same way
