Fix:

Remove global definition of changedPads - https://github.com/tiblu/ep_webhooks/blob/master/serverHooks.js#L10
Pass changedPaths as input variable to callPadUpdateWebhooks https://github.com/tiblu/ep_webhooks/blob/master/serverHooks.js#L76
