Extract the installer script testing to a periodic job

Problem Statement

The install script should be tested for breaking changes even for OS changes, not just code changes.

Proposed Solution

Please describe what you envision the solution to this problem would look like.
This steps should run at least once a week, on a few different instances of the available distros by GitHub actions.
