Remote DocumentDB access during development

Come up with some cloudy ways of accessing the development DocumentDB instance other than the EC2 instance.

Motivation and context

Right now we've got an EC2 instance that has access to DocumentDB.
There is most certainly a more cloudy way to allow access to this development instance.

This would be useful because...

• VPN into VPC
