How to display validation error message in cidgoh data harmonizer #456

When we click validate button, errors are displayed as color but it would be good if it displays what error message it is? eg cell should not be blank.

Indeed one client has implemented such a feature, in the NMDC portal (https://microbiomedata.org/). We should make that a priority too. More error specific information is actually available at programmatic level.
