There should be some standard way to communicate with sensorPackages (tx/rx).

For example, there are 19 ways to format JSON responses, so let's pick one that works and ensure it's documented.

It needs to work end-to-end - from arduino TCP/HTTP module all the way to the ingestion/command web layer.

It should be simple and easy to diagnose.
