Vision

Leading a Developer Relations organisation

Related Goals

The aim is to be a director in a Developer Relations Organisation. Ultimately, leading a team of people who are influencing the direction of a product, and working closely with the development community to bring amazing experiences to reality.

This will require several skills:

  • Strategic Thinking
  • Marketing Expertise
  • Product Development Expertise
  • Leadership, Mentorship, Coaching & People Management
  • Community Engagement
  • Public Speaking

This can be broken down into several longer-term goals:
