On Mac OS Chrome - Right Click doesn't working without moving the mouse simultaneously #250

Unsure if this is affecting other OS's or Browsers (my colleague on Kubuntu does not witness the same issues) but I am unable to open the Context Menu by right-clicking without also moving the mouse at the same time.

This does not seem to happen in the live demo's in the documentation, so I'm unsure if there is something else going on there.

I have isolated this issue down to the <Portal> rendering with the conditionals, such as menuOpen and a simple change has allowed it to work in all my test cases.
